Day Four - New Orleans!

We're currently in New Orleans here (it still exists!) with Mr Aaron Aviv. We have successfully talked him into joining our expedition (he's currently on ten day leave from the Coast Guard)!

Within the hour we'll be departing for Atlanta, Georgia, where we'll briefly rendezvous with bartgroks and pavel_lishin (again!). We expect to get there between 1 and 2am, so during the next eight hours or so in which most of you will read this, we'll be driving through Georgia. Then we'll continue on through the night to Fayetteville, North Carolina, to pick up a friend of the girls who will also be joining our team.

Tomorrow (Day 5) it looks like we'll shoot up to Washington DC to see the sights. Depending on how long Washington Entertains us, we'll be up in New York by that night probably. Day 6 will be the midpoint of our expedition ... and we'll be at our furthest destination! And people said it couldn't be done!

Here is what the route ahead of us currently looks like. Depending on time we can easily lop off Seattle and save 11 hours. We have a very long stretch of the midwest there with nothing to stop for d=
