I'm trying to think now if there's some similarly creative way for them to do the Chief Justice interviews. I think there'll be three or four applicants. So far my most creative idea would be to have the four of them debate some matter of judicial ethics or something. That could be interesting, but not sure it would be interesting enough to be worth the trouble of doing it differently from the traditional interview process.
