In unrelated news, I came home to find my results letter from the Foreign Service Exam. They don't say what the total possible score was, but I needed 154 points to pass and scored 173.69 (!!!). I freaking blew it away!

It looks like I am in fact heading back up North with Janelle tomorrow. It'll be in the Janelle-mobile this time. She's only going up so on the way back I plan to just make it up as I go along. Preferably be a craigslist rideshare rider myself -- no hitchhiking though the stories the hitchhikers we picked up had about truckers wanting to sex them up (and yes they were dudes) sounds like something I'd rather avoid.

hmmmmm. If I post mass pictures I put them behind an lj-cut (or more often just link to where they are) but I like to usually put one where it'll catch people's attention on their friends-page (or in extremely rare cases such as this it was three since they're thematically linked). I promise it'll usually just be one.

Thanks again for your help on the road. Turns out Harley packed up shop and apparently went off to work at a nickel mine or something (!?) .. so we ended up going with Main Street Automotive. But I definitely appreciated your helpful recommendation.
