Yeah they originated in cornwall, they're like our ramen - I can send a quazi longer life one but I'm not sure how "fresh" it will be by the time it arrives. It's easy to make - boil some carrots, potatoes, parsnips until tender, brown some ground beef and mix with enough gravy to just become coated. Add black pepper and a few herbs (sage or thyme works well) and fold into a circle cut out of puff pastry. Bake for around 15-20 mins at 400f until golden brown - I don't mind sending one I'm just afraid outside of refrigeration it may suck for lack of a better word.
