Yeah they originated in cornwall, they're like our ramen - I can send a quazi longer life one but I'm not sure how "fresh" it will be by the time it arrives. It's easy to make - boil some carrots, potatoes, parsnips until tender, brown some ground beef and mix with enough gravy to just become coated. Add black pepper and a few herbs (sage or thyme works well) and fold into a circle cut out of puff pastry. Bake for around 15-20 mins at 400f until golden brown - I don't mind sending one I'm just afraid outside of refrigeration it may suck for lack of a better word. Would you like something else instead or stick to the pasty? Oh and can you message me an address to send this to as I'm off to the post office tomorrow.
