Which is to say I'm back in my native habitat ... for about two weeks. Then I should be skipping from city to city again, via sail. Other than these two weeks it looks like I could be posting every single LJI entry from a different city (:


Fortunately I did not actually forget my keys. I DID however keep forgetting my cell phone recharger (had to buy a new one in New York and then forgot THAT one when I went to Philly), and the USB cable for downloading pictures from my camera (I have two at home but forgot to bring one, bought one in Istanbul, it got left in Tel Aviv, had to buy ANOTHER one in Cairo)...


In wildly unrelated news, we're having an interesting meta discussion about categorization of blog entries over at joeymichaels


amalie_, who was also on the Middle East trip, is now blogging about it and posting her pictures ... but it's all friends-only ... so go friend her! :D

I think it's great you'll be posting from different places all through LJI. I like reading about your travels and seeing how you incorporate them to the prompt. If I make it that far into the competition (and have Internet), I'll be posting from Europe in Dec/Jan. Don't know how that will be incorporated into the posts though.

Geneva, Switzerland Dec 13-18
UK (Manchester, Nottingham, Cardiff, Oxford, London) until Dec 28
Munich, Germany until New Year's Day
Copenhagen, Denmark (possibly also heading over to Sweden from there) until the 6th
Amsterdam, Netherlands until the 11th
Then one last night in London before heading home to Malaysia.

Yep. Well, Geneva is because my husband has a WIPO meeting to attend, but I'm there for a vacation. Christmas in Nottingham is to spend with family though.
