Level II really doesn't seem like much of a change, literally it was just beauty salons! But I feel like people are gradually taking it more seriously. I felt like Monday/Tuesday people were mostly disregarding it but there's definitely fewer cars on the road now and my friends have _finally_ stopped proposing to hang out
