Some Random Speculations

So I walk into the computer lab in the MU around 18:00.. talk to my friend Elana who is on a computer there.. then talk to my friend Marla.. get in line for a computer and talk to another friend in line, and then unitrans STS and Tapsy Tixi manager Nadia gets in line behind me.. then the current GASC Chair walks by and says hi to me... there's only 34 computers in this place.
Right now I'm sitting next to Elana, and we're talking to eachother online but not in person. It makes it even weirder than usual when I type "::shakes fist::" or "we're like THIS" and DON'T do the presumed hand motion in real life.

In other random news, anyone else ever notice that every big poli sci class has that One Guy who is usually a bit over-weight, older than everyone else, often has some ridiculous hat, and thinks he knows absolutely everything? I'm not talking about a specific person, but every major poli sci class seems to have one such person.. they sit in the back and feel the need to discuss things with the teacher as if they are friends, and as if the rest of the class really cares to hear their trivial opinions on tangent topics.

ASUCD Judicial Adventures
One of our justices resigned but the Student Government Administrative Office (SGAO) claims it never recieved her resignation so I gotta get another from her. Another justice must be removed because he has (A) missed more than two meetings this quarter, (B) missed more than two meetings last quarter, (C) not been to a Court function in (much much) more than a month, (D) missed a hearing without excuse.
However, Judicial Code section 302, paragraph 2 states "In the event that the [Chief Justice] has reported to the Senate President Pro Tempore that [a Justice has fulfilled any of the above grounds for removal] ...the ASUCD Senate must consider removal of that Student Court Member(s) prior to the next regularly scheduled [meeting]."
Consequently, I had to wait until after our meeting today before informing the Senate President Pro Tempore, because as you can see, it says they must be removed before we have another meeting. Stupid rules. What do you call the opposite of a loophole (ie a clause making things unintentionally much more difficult, as in the case of the above)?
