Yesterday the girls were goin crazy about the boys in the photographs, so by popular demand I'm bringing you more of them:

Poll of the Day - Mr / Miss Blogosphere 2004
So all this excitement over the last pictures got me thinkin.. every now and then people tell me they think someone I posted a picture of is hawt, and then again every day my parents tell me how all my friends look like freaks, so just out of curiousity now, who do you all think are the most attractive girls & guys from the photographs I've posted?
In the interest of actually making this interesting I've removed from consideration the two names that would OBVIOUSLY win this competition, Kristy Heidenberger and myself. (= Because I know already and its been proven by previous polls that Kristy possesses unrivaled beauty, and hey, its me. (= So please kids, take a moment to review the pictures previously posted her and then caste your vote in a rather serious manner!

"Were Politely Greeted Upon Arrival?"
One of the questions on the customer service questionnaire available at Diedrichs, which I decided to fill out and file after the manager, one Sandra, promptly greeted myself and numerous others with the opposite of politeness.
It seems she's taken to coming outside every five minutes and regailing any new arrivals with the first descriptive nickname she can think of ("Hey, you straight-hair-boy, and you green-shirt-boy...") and telling them they need to buy a drink immediately in a rather less than polite tone. I don't disagree with the policy at all, but randomly assaulting customers with nicknames and rudeness is highly unnecessary. "Straight-haired-boy" had actually bought one of those little canisters of altoids for $2 but apparently that wasn't enough, she kept harassing him to buy a drink, because I guess altoids don't count (even though they cost more than a regular cup of coffee). In conclusion if I was Sandra's boss I'd be having none of her behavior, but unfortunately she appears to be the highest ranking individual at Diedrichs off La Paz.
Olympics
I thought it was pretty bogus that when the American swim relay team one bronze, during the medal ceremony they never once panned to the flags as the usually do, presumably to shelter the American public from the odious sight of an American flag being hoisted BELOW other flags. Ahh our eyes it burns!!
And remember kids, if you DO win something during the Olympics, whatever you do, don't forget your lunch box!
