So whats a good blogging client? All I'm really looking for is one that'll allow me to write entries and set them to post at a specified time in the future. Beyond that, just ease of use. (For the purposes of researching corrolations between time of post and comments/received)

wordpress has a feature to automatically post some time in the future? I'll have to investigate (I just happen to have another blog there already). It would be nice if there was something downloadable or such that could be applied to Livejournal though.

Wordpress will? Because I'm pretty sure if you do that on livejournal it'll just show the wrong date at the top.

Haha no I would never leave! Livejournal is the holyland! I feel like anyone who uses the other hosting services is just being "too cool" for lj for elitest reasons, when really, nowhere else do you have as good a "friend-list" & community as on livejournal.

I'm just looking for a downloadable programme upon which one can write entries.

I use Semagic for updating LiveJournal... you can find it under the downloads section. It will let you specify what time you post. =D
