Still Here But Keeping Entertained
Sep. 21st, 2004 02:28 am Sunday night Aaron Davis was back in town for a bit and invited me to a bonfire down at Three Arch, the beach where the events of Episode III of The Story of Fishes & Krises took place, among other things. So first I went to Diedrichs to see who I could round up.
Arriving there I found Nadine Mirizayan, whom I had not seen in more than seven years. It was crazy. And she looked exactly the same (well older). Most people from only three years ago look completely different.
Anyway all I could find at Diedrichs was Tristan but I brought him along down to the beach.
At one point a "ten fingers" game broke out and I kicked everyone's ass with my amazing powers of innocence (was last one standing).
Monday I hung out with Shalane most of the day. We went down to Laguna Beach, stopped by the sea lion hospital, ate at taco loco, and generally took lots of pictures (and videos of sea lions!).
Ended up hanging out at Diedrichs later. Took more pictures. So I'll explain the rest of that in pictures.
Was planning on driving to Davis today, but the car was in the shop to get all fixed up before setting out. Then they decided it needed new front breaks so it'll be in until tomorrow morning.

"When I left Tristan was acting normal, but I come back and he's all retarded!" -curly haired guy (David?)
"just more proof that love makes you retarded" -me
Aside from serenading her as soon as she arrived, Tristan also set off to get Cheri cigarrettes. And he returned with cigarettes for her.. and a bouquet of roses.
