Been writing this paper. Topic is "U.S. Policies on ethnic conflicts abroad from a neorealist perspective, especially comparing the Reagan Doctrine with post Somalia reluctance."

Basically the way I write papers these days is a create an outline and then as a research I fill it in with summaries of my findings and then smooth it over into something coherent. Currently I'm about halfway through that process. Length appears to be adequate (aiming for 12 pages double spaced), especially considering what I have now will probably get longer as a smooth over the latter half.
Anyway, I'm going to take a nap now, but feedback on the paper as it currently stands would be awesome (I know you want to turn those references into acceptable bibliographic entries for me!). Current form of paper can be found here.

(PS: the underlines in it will disappear in the final draft as well, they're just part of the outline structure for me)

double spaced?! heresy!
I usually work about the same way, although I'd imagine science papers are a tid-bit different in structure.

Turns out I had a paper due today that I didn't know about, and found out about it 25 minutes before it was due. Pulled a 5 pager in 16 minutes, but of course this was only on capital punishment :P
