People Hate Me
Feb. 4th, 2003 11:53 pm Today the Supreme Court voted to strike my opinion. More on that later, first I wish to address the comments made thus far to previous livejournal entry.
Today as I said the ASUCD Supreme Court voted to strike my opinion on the recent case. I swiftly assembled a powerful counterstrike by advising the ASUCD President, Student Government Advisor, and Office Coordinator (ie chief of the bureaucracy) that the Supreme Court clearly cannot make that ruling -as already having filed my opinion with the SGAO (Student Government Administrative Office) and it was accepted thereby, someone would have to formally bring an ASUCD Supreme Court case against me on the subject in order to invalidate my formal opinion- and the opinion should therefore be processed as valid until it is challenged in a formal and legitimate way.
The Court also decided not to take my case against the Chief Justice using the ridiculous argument that "the Constitution is the ultimate authority here, and it does not elaborate on procedures or specifics of the removal of Justices, we therefore intreprete it as allowing the Chief Justice's actions." The Constitution however, allows for the creation of the Government Codes, Standing Rules and Judicial Codes for the purpose of enumerating on specifics, the Justice Codes were very specific about the removal of Justices. Though the Constitution may be a higher authority than the Codes, if it expressly recognizes the authority of the Codes and does not contradict with them then wouldn't the Codes be entirely valid?
Needless to say, its press release time.
Troll Attack
"You are... a nrrr. Love Joey, Joshua and Pernellynelly. Take the book and shove it up your arse along with your privileged lifestyle you damn wannabe. Get it? Didn't think so. Thanks for the compliments. Get a new shirt. Baiiiiiiiii! Love you!"
and
"dude. Like what is with people wearing the same clothes...... over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again? I mean it's one thing to wear the same clothes 2 days in a row or even a month in a row...... but the entire school year? psha. for serious dude. one thing is for sure........ THOSE colors won't be runnin anytime soon. well, at least it's a good band. cheers."
First off, I do not know or interact with anyone named "Joey," "Joshua," or "Pernellynelly." I'm baffled as to what book I'm supposed to "shove up [my] arse," and what is privileged about my lifestyle. I can't think of anyone I know who says "bai," but if I was mean to them I find it understandable since I can easily imagine finding someone who says "bai" to be highly bogus. In summary, it is correct that I "don't get it."
SUSPECTS
As to people I've complimented recently, all I can remember today was ASUCD Senator Faranak Kamanger whom I told looked particularly cute today, and my friend Adele whom I told "your shirt matches your eyes today" if that counts as a compliment at all. I doubt either of them is behind this.
PEOPLE I'VE OFFENDED LATELY
Most recently we have a trio of people actually:
[22:47] amiejoe1984: AMIE, SARAH, AND TAMERA REMAIN DISPLEASED IN YOUR GENERAL DIRECTION
[22:47] amiejoe1984: FUCKER
[22:47] Snail of DEATH: (= and why would that be?
[22:48] amiejoe1984: BECAUSE YOU ARE TALKING MAD SHIT ABOUT US ONLINE.....
[22:48] amiejoe1984: DELETE IT
[22:48] amiejoe1984: PLEASE
they of course are referring to my description of AMIJ on January 27th and of running into Sarah and Tamara on the 31st. That may explain the British speaking pattern "Joey, Joshua and Pernellynelly" adopts in their comment, but I think they'd use their real names and it otherwise doesn't seem like them.
Then there is Christy, who elaborated on her comment of "Yes. Kris. i wanted to make a comment on an entry that hasnt been commented on already. Your an ass." in her own livejournal. I'm pretty sure its not her though.
Or it could be members or friends of members of the ASUCD Supreme Court, especially the Chief Justice, as I've taken to referring to them as being blatantly in contempt of the Constitution to major media sources.. but the Chief Justice at least seems to be handling it quite professionally.
And I'm sure there must be several others that have significant claims against me but my mind is drawing a blank on the subject.
What book??

TOPICS UNRELATED TO PEOPLE HATING ME
I was able to visit Floor Five again, I guess they still haven't noticed that its currently coded into the elevator. While I was up there I put a "I did it here with a Durex(tm) condom" sticker that I'd acquired during the day on the roof.
Shortly after the roof adventure I ran into Tom "he's a crustacean" Grossman (famous for the quote "I'm tired and hungry, have a headache and a final in an hour... but its okay because I'm sleeping with your ex"). While I was talking to him just outside the Bookstore I saw the Antoinette I mantioned on January 30th working therein. I walked in and she acted totally excited to see me. At least SOMEONE doesn't hate me.
