Being A Secret Agent II

   This morning the phone rang at 8am. I tried to reject the call asap but in my sleepy delirium accidently answered it. I didn't know this until I was wonderign why a strange female voice was saying "hello? hello?"

   Turns out it was the State Department asking me if I wanted to be a Diplomatic Security Special Agent.

   I had applied for the position randomly last summer at some point, not thinking I'd ever hear back from them. Anyway they called to say I'd that I'd passed through the initial application screening and "Mr Nora" wants to interview me in San Francisco on December 14th. "Mr Nora," somehow it just sounds like the name of a dubious spymaster from James Bond.
   But anyway, this development raises all sorts of questions. If I'm going to take this interview seriously I suppose I will need to lose the mohawk. And then what about law school? What if I have a final on the 14th? I wouldn't mind doing secret agent man work for a few years and THEN coming back and doing law school maybe.


   In other news: They finally pulled the applications for new ASUCD Supreme Court members -- there were 21 applicants. Interviews will occur next week I believe.
