aggienautYes, Monday, January 24th, the day that followed Thursday the 23rd and preceded Saturday the 25th. According to both my school and my work it was a Monday. So.. yea.
I was supposed to have a hearing today (as a member of the ASUCD Supreme Court) on the legality of the Campus Expansion Initiative, but neither side apparently turned in all the paperwork they were supposed-to. I have some thoughts on the case but... I'm probably not supposed to discuss them. (= Also I am probably going to withdraw from the ASUCD Senate race, because although nothing specifically forbids me from running, I cannot endorse anyone or anything, presumably including myself. But then again it might be amusing just to use that loophole and joke around.
Anyway, moving on. There was a Davis Music Scene show tonight in Keebler Hall.. BUI, Phase III, EMP, and Filthy Pete and the Mustaches. Hardcore stuff. I became the second person in DMS history to crowd surf.. it broke my wallet chain so now I need to go to the hardware store. Kalen Gallagher, current "Student Focus" candidate for ASUCD Vice President: "was that a publicity stunt?"
A lot of my friends were there. Stan is in EMP; Amie was there with her ex Tim, whom she is sooo reverting back to, I give them a month before they're back togther; Morgan and Maeve showed up briefly; Sharon, Amy, and Amy's Boyfriend were there, I didn't get to talk to them too much though because there weren't any open seats near them and.. yea; Panteha was there, I haven't seen her in soo long; and of course Chaz and Nick. Everyone should have a website, so I can link their name to it and make my livejournal fun and interactive (= . After the show I ended up going to The List's party. I don't even know where/if they played that night. They're playing at Delta Venus the hippy cafe tonight, I intend to be there. Party got really boring, I don't know I was tired so I think it made me antisocial.. and I felt really emo all night.
Tried to go to the Apartment Office and be like "uh, my apt has become a friggin icebox" but its closed for the weekend. Psha on that.
