Agree. We would have been at war. In terms of war, I suppose nuclear bombs are somewhat of a deterrent. In the end, though, they probably will be responsible for untold devastation. And I don't even want to tip toe around the idea of chemical warfare . . . shudder Hey, can we change the subject and talk about puppies or something? Pretty please?
