I love how positively psychotic looking it turned out. :D
And yes in college once I was going to make some beans, I pull out the can and the instructions are one line: "place in sauce pan, simmer." So I had to call me mum and ask "Mum.. um.... what's a sauce pan and what does it mean to simmer??" :D
