You indicated in an earlier post that a couple of people were leaving in the next few weeks. Perhaps with your spirit of camraderie and the change in personnel, the "tightness" of the crew will change too. I predict it will and you will be a big reason for that. Find a cohort and work for the greater good. And keep us posted.
