Today I went sailing on the schooner Spirit of Dana Point along with both my parental units.
Yesterday I had to forego the normal Saturday volunteering on the ships because I was taking the Foreign Service Exam, so that if it goes through and the Australia thing falls through I can run off to my dream job of working in an embassy.
Last weekend we (my parents, Koriander, and I) rented a small sailboat on the local lake and sailed about in it. This was actually more or less the first time I've tried to sail a small modern sailing boat. (:
So how was your weekend? How would it have been better if you lived in a steampunk alternative universe?
