Ah. Haha well Norway would be an extreme fix to your temperature problem. Not that there's anything wrong with Norway, I think Oslo is consistently ranked among the top places in the world to live. It is also, however, one of the more expensive, I believe.
I'm currently loving Australia, and I hear Sydney is fairly cool (temperature wise), being so far south.
