So it's TRUE about bees stinging black? When I was in elementary school I wore a black shirt to school one day and this one group of kids ran away from me because "bees like black", even though there weren't any bees around me. At the time, we had this awesome playground made, in large part, from giant tires, and wasps and hornets DID build nests in the tires, so I figured the other kids thought: Bees <3 tires. Tires = black. Bees <3 black when, really, the wasps were probably just building nests there because the tires were warm and fairly protected from the elements. (In elementary school, all stinging insects were "bees").
