You can drive to MONA - but David (the owner) deliberately made parking a bitch. It was originally a winery (and still is). They have an amazing resturant there that I have been to once - to celebrate handing in the dratted PhD. I remember when they opened it, I lived on one of the hills nearby and there was all sorts of fire and fireworks for three odd days. I still cant believe your Mum didnt let you go to Strahan - its a two day adventure by itself!
