That sounds a little sketchy...so the obvious cop was chilling on the corner, the undercover lad met up with him at maybe a predetermined time or something, and then they brought the law down hard on a man with no hair. Skinhead shoplifted from that bookstore? Meth deal gone awry? Cops looking for a rush? Pink shirt = gay prostitution sting? I wonder if the story will make it into the paper...
