Paying extra for sheets on the bed is unreasonable. Also, you are too kind. I would have been upset about the water, too. It's not the guest's job to go crawling under the house to "fix" the water situation. The renter, landlord, and gouger, should have got off his bahookie and done it for you. And he should have made the beds! Still, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean right outside your window, heaven.
