you're a UN guy aren't you? because i went to that entirely stupid conference last weekend and it was so FUCKING BORING. i was gabon and the chair never called on me and seriously the extent of it was
"speaking time has been changed.. DELEGATES MAINTAIN DECORUM!" i blame it on you. so its safe to say.. you owe me 300 bucks
