Had international economics (ECN162) final on Friday at 10:30am. Then it was time to study for my two finals the next day.
But first I ran into Gabi ([livejournal.com profile] samedisorder on my bus home, she was coming to my complex to hang out with Alex ([livejournal.com profile] fr3ethinker). Alex is "almost certain - 85% sure" that he will be living with me next year, and as it turns out, he currently (as of Tuesday last week) lives about 10 feet from me. So I hung out with them a bit.
Then my friend Garian from freshman year came by because she's happened to be in town from her usual Oregonian environs, so we went to coffee.

On Saturday I had such russian history finals (138C & 138A) at 0800 and 1600 hours respectively. This was Such Sauce because I finished the first and wanted to go home and crash but no I had to study like mad for the second. Incidentally, due to unfortunate choosing of the two essay topics, none of the studying I did that afternoon was much help to me anyway.

Today we hung out with Aaron. This included eating at Crepeville, which was breakfast for Kristy and I and "second lunch" for Aaron, and going to the Arden Faire Mall in sactomento.

Traditional "Sappy Goodbye / End of the Year Post"
I think I best said it last year, so I shall quote directly from last year's entry:
...I guess I'll make a sappy goodbye end of the year post like so many other people.
Ummm school sucks. I'm looking forward to summer. And a change of scenery hellyes. And omg having a car again!!
Aand then there's all my friends I haven't seen in forever. I haven't been back at all this quarter. In fact this whole year I think I was back three
two times. Psha on that. This summer is going to be hella fun.
Oh and yea I guess I'll miss some people - certain people - specific people. Shyea.
[I plan on coming back to visit Kristy ASAP. Incidentally I get the strong impression she has no intention of coming to visit me. Such sauce!]
And everyone is doing the highlights of the year so I guess I'll take a shot at that as well, I wouldn want to be like... a social outcast or anything.

I think this year was a lot less eventful than last year.. unless I just remember less. I certainly didn't get kicked in the head and hospitalized this year.
Year In Review
~having a mohawk, hooray!
~dating Kristy, hooray! (7+ months now!)
~ASUCD Court - we've come a long long way. When I got put on the Court we had our first hearing in about a year (to my knowledge - everything previous is shrouded in mystery and legend). Our second case was one I had been a plaintiff to which had been filed a year previous and never gone anywhere. Our third was one I filed against the then chief justice. They squashed the case based on ridiculous reasoning ("yes the judicial codes specify the bylaws you cite, but the constitution is a higher authority and it says nothign of these things, therefore we have absolute discretion to do as we please" paraphrased, but that seriously was their explanation) but a month later I had her job. Anyway, this year we've made amazing progress becoming a real part of the ASUCD process. We've had six cases this year, and not a single person has made reference to the Court having "no power" since somewhere midway through the year (it used to be an epidemic problem). I think the very distinct cessation of people earnestly asking me "but really, why did you want to be on the Court, it has no power?" is a very real sign that everyone in ASUCD, whether they like me or not, is accepting that the Court is now part of the system.

Also I recently became addicted to this webcomic.

I had no idea you were here. You were one of the two girls with Alex on Sunday?

Well as a general rule I hate people, and you didn't distinguish yourself from generic person-hood
