Summer Schoolage

   I started summer school this week. Currently taking two classes, one on the United Nations, and one titled Global Ethnic Conflict.
   Yesterday (Monday) I had the first day of the UN class.. its going to be dreadfully boring/easy methinks. The teacher apparenly has been teaching Model UN / the class for like 15 years now, and yet she can't pronounce "Kofi (Annan)." She pronounces his first name AND spells it "Koffi," as in the strong black thing you all crave every morning. She seems to have some form of hearing dyslexia. She mentioned Darfur ("Darfurr"), the area of Sudan currently hosting a humanitarian disaster, and then asked if anyone knew the correct pronunciation because she admittedly did not. "dar-fur" said some enterprizing student, pronouncing it as two distinct syllables as I believe it should, to which she responded "'darfer,'yea that sounds right," as if it was an object that darfs frequently.
   Today I had the Global Ethnic Conflict class. Eh, not much else to say except that one of my friends from HS, Matt Donley, who goes to UC Santa Cruz is in the class with me. I haven't talked to him in literally years yet he informed me that he enjoys reading my "exhaustive blog." Hooray for me. I wonder who else is out there reading this?

   Photobucket informed me I had surpassed 81% of my 2,500 magabyte / month bandwidth allotment, and this quota-month is only 77% through. After some deep contemplation I decided to give them the $5 donation to have the quotas removed. I could have of course started a second photobucket account, but that would be in clear violation of the spirit of the regulation, and as I hold photobucket in high esteem I decided to fork over the $5. Although I enjoy your writings very much for entertainment purposes. You brought to the table of the court very real issues that made it funcitional again. (plus making vicki angry and flustered is worth the money=) ) Although if you could do the whole collumnist thing you would be a hit. I think that your opinions are great although they have been murky as of late due to your assumed censorship due to ASUCD. I'm not sure. I actully now thinking about it, think that if you could become a coloumnist you would be able to better influence the student body. Plus it's already good to show on your resume. Eh whatever. I like you issuing opinions they are great! Ok fun stuff .
