Verification

   So this morning I go down to financial aid to see whats kickin down there now that I'm unexpelled.

   Lady in the window with cold students-are-nothing-to-me attitude takes one look at my file, utters "I don't understand this let me get an officer" and flees.

   Five minutes later I'm in the financial aid officer's office, and he makes it seem as simple as the lady did complex, saying there was no reason I shouldn't get all my financial aid, EXCEPT I have been randomly selected for "verification," so it won't disburse until we give them the tax returns of my father and I and answer a pile of other questions.
