Davis is Burning

   More than a dozen fire department vehicles with sirens blaring just came down Russel and turned onto Lake -- TOWARD the West Davis fire station?! These included multiple City of Davis and UCD Fire hook-and-ladders, ambulences, police, fire supervisor vehicles, and most recently, the UC Davis Haz-Mat vehicle. I think literally every emergency vehicle in Davis just went by.

   MY roommate Jason just took off on his bicycle to investigate.


   In completely unrelated news, here is the ASUCD Supreme Court's ruling on acceptance of Case # 29 -- Laabs v. Stone (The California Aggie).

I like this icon of yours. I had the same image on my 12th grade binder. Its from an Onion article if I recall correctly.. President Clinton declared President For Life, no?

I think I determined that the symbol on the hat and at least one of hte medals was Libyan.. the whole uniform might be Muammar Kadafi's.

So yeah, did you find out what happened? All the fire trucks nearly KILLED me while I was on my way to work - I'm very interested to know what was going on.

Maybe I someone should make a post on the wiki, even if we don't know whats going on, eventualyl someone will get to the bottem of it if its an entry. Isn't that the Arlen Principal? I never really figured out what the Arlen Principal referred to.

I don't know, and I don't know how your title relates to it, but they've been considering carding people to buy cold medicine in Riverside County for that specific reason -- not to disallow underrage people from getting cold medicine so much as it would register in a system when you bought it and you'd be unable to go from store to store buying cold medicine, which is what meth manufacturers currently do.

No I'm not condoning it or anything I'm just on cold medicine and that's the only thing that works when the santa anas are whirrling along in so cali blasted allergies. Plus if you buy it from differnt stores they flag your credit/atm cards
