Yesterday was the employee party to end the two weeks of "olympifest" events at wild rivers... half a dozen or so competition events involving different rides at the park. I was on one of two and a half predominately deepguard teams.. I think we may have won.. I'm not sure. I never hung out with my team. I don't go to their parties... I don't play their reindeer games.
Anyway, the final event is usually this lip sync competition, which usually involves mass cross dressing. This time however there wasn't any crossdressing, just lots of guys dressed reeeallly gay. ...leather pants ::shudder::. The best act though, the best act I've ever seen in my many years of such things, was when TWO people in the mascot otter suit came out, which was kinda crazy in itself cause I've never seen more than one at the same time before... and they of course rocked out and did all kinds of crazy stuff... and then one stripped. yea. And I learned that its not just otter legs and otter arms and an otter head; that thing has a complete otter torso. And it was wearing giant otter undies. Yea. it was craziness.

There are no less than three Kelseys (Kelsies?) at work. Whats up with that?

As regards getting beat to crap, and a reference I had made to being happy that someone took care of me afterwords; a certain someone took that to imply I was saying that I didn't think anyone would have cared about me except the person who did.. or something. What the point of this was and how it could be so significant I don't really understand.. I think their point was that I should have realized people cared about me even if the other person hadn't taken care of me... but that certainly doesn't change the fact that they DID and if they hadn't then all the good thoughts of everyone would still have left me alone and not very happy.

So not really understanding why this person was so interested in the finer points of me appreciating having someone there, and came up with the following response:

[20:00:42] Snail of DEATH: if I was around YOU and got beat to crap and was like
[20:00:55] Snail of DEATH: "omg
[NAME WITHHELD]!!" you'd be like "you are such weak sauce kris"
[20:01:14]
[NAME WITHHELD]: i can't believe you
[20:01:18]
[NAME WITHHELD]: you deserve this
[20:01:23]
[NAME WITHHELD]: i don't care if you get mad
[20:01:28]
[NAME WITHHELD]: you deserve this like a mo fo
[20:02:03] Snail of DEATH: deserve what??

They proceeded to block me. How my comment could have been construed as so offensive is beyond me. On any account, I believe I have been extremely clear that blocking me will result in my refusal to communicate with the perpetuator for a significant amount of time.
In this incident, I declared a minimum three days of silence to demonstrate the severity with which I take blockings, a ridiculously small amount of time in my opinion, considering that this person is on their third such incident and clearly do not take it seriously. Yesterday talking to them on the phone, as three days had passed, they maintained that I entirely deserved the blocking and was a jerk.
Considering that I have been absolutely clear that blocking would result in my silence, I believe any responsibility for bringing it on would fall on the person who knowingly brought it on. It is out of my control. For my part I imposed a ridiculously small demonstration of silence.

Anyway, my purpose in making a post about this, is that I think the claim that I "deserved it" from my comments is rather ridiculous; as I cannot see whats so offensive about what I had said. And so I want other opinions since I clearly must be missing something. As to the quoted conversation, was what I said significantly offensive??
