   (Or more specifically, I have been subpoenaed to appear as a witness* at the Yolo County Superior Court. To appear Monday the 11th of June)

True. Its unclear to me but the car may have been stolen at the time. I believe the perpetuator is being charged with DUI and hit and run, if not something stemming from grant theft auto as well.
