aggienaut They're making a "Alvin and the Chipmunks" movie. And the digitally animated (but they're more real looking than animation - "digi-animatronic" perhaps?) chipmunks look really annoying! But moreover, they just made a Ninja Turtles Movie, a Transformers movie, every comic book hero they could think of, etc. It is clear that they are trying to make everything that was popular when current twenty-somethings were in elementry school into a movie. Whats next, He-Man the Movie (starring Vin Diesel)??
They're probably at the drawing board as we speak, trying to figure out how to make Pogs: The Movie.
