An Important Cinco de Mayo Reminder

   All the radio commercials these days won't let you forget its almost Cinco de Mayo, and so I thought I'd bring you an important reminder to keep you safe during everyone's favourite yearly celebration of an obscure location in Hibernia.

   RESPECT YOURSELF! Pick up some Landshark at BevMo, or even Trader Jose's at Trader Joes -- both are the same style as Corona but much MUCH better!!

my parents I recall, have oft gotten 'doxequis' aka XX - thought about getting some of that - but then got a Boulevard multi-pack since it was on super sale (10.99/12) & it's a micro-brew,and multi-types per pack is always fun. :p

Not familiar with Boulevard, but a quick check on beeradvocate.com tells me that all their beers are extremely well rated (all As and Bs is quite an accomplishment!). I'm not super familiar with Dos Equis, but on BA it has a much better rating than Coronoa at least so its a wiser choice.

Dos Equis is good, Tecate is better, and I nearly swooned over a Negra Modelo the other day (although that could have been because I'd gone a week without even a single beer).

I dunno, probably number 5, but it doesn't count because I didn't intend to stop using Calicoto. I just made this as a family-friendly one so my mom and grandma could read about my christmas trip to nicaragua, and then i just sort of didn't stop using it.
