   Anyway, its a commonly known fact that no one comments on anything over the weekend, so its particularly unmotivating to blog during such a time. Anyway, I'm going to take the opportunity to do the yearly statistical update. (Last year: Blogological Statistics IV)

   This LJ, in the previous 11.5 months:
Posts Per Month: 17.17 (down from the 19.89 lifetime average, but up from 16.83 the previous year)
Comments Per Post: 4.62 (Lifetime: 6.29, Previous Year: 4.49)

   Year Ago Today I met up with my friend Aaron Aviv in New Orleans. Incidentally, he and his wife happen to be visiting presently and I was over at his parents house yesterday for a BBQ.

Eh to get the above information I just went to userinfo and divided number of entries by number of months since the LJ was created, and number of comments received by number of entries, respectively. And I can break it down by year simply because I take note once a year.

Last year's post is more interesting though because I ran the numbers for a random sample of ljs to extrapolate information on "the average LJ." I updated that information today but then it was too hot and I was tired of tinkering with it (and there wasn't much new interesting information) to write about that.

You may be interested to know you have 1.21 comments per entry, and 17.17 entries per month (what a freakish coincidence, same as me. Thats really odd).
