Totally random question of the day. Say you are stuck in a cubicle all alone all day long, if you could have only one of the following to keep you entertained which would it be? (A) a large pinecone, (B) a large spider, (C) a coconut, (D) a large motivational poster of a possum (suggestions on caption are welcome); or (E) a large plush anteater?

Unrelated Picture of the Day

Bee brings back cheetoh coloured pollin ... or perhaps it IS actually cheetoh dust.

As for my day I've had a beehive get dropped and break apart next to me, and then had syrup splorted all over my leg. But on the bright side I saw two different tarantula hawks. Spent my lunch break reading about obscure species of spider and am now filing things. Well at the moment I'm on hold on a work related call, so I'm making an lj entry!

A coconut. Do you know how challenging they can be to break into? That could keep a person occupied for a while.

"STRATEGERY: Sometimes playing hard to get... gets you where you need to be."

"POUCHES: For babies and keys."

"PHILOSOPHY:Why did the possum cross the road? To get hit by the car."

"BEAUTY: Your face is prettier than this. Hands down."

"BEING NOCTURNAL: Because scaring small children can be fun."

I would totally get a possum motivational poster with that last caption on it. :D

Though they're not actually nocturnal, they are "crepuscular," a totally awesome word meaning active during the twilight of dawn or dusk!
