Preventing a Poll-ar Eclipse

Dear everyone, as you may have gathered, I've been doing this LJ Idol shenanigans again. Every week there is a vote and the lowest vote getters in each bracket are frozen in carbonite. At the time of this writing I am only two votes from the bottom of my bracket. Now I can't possibly possibly win this thing because in February I will be placed in a packing crate filled with styrofoam packing peanuts and sent off to Timbuktu, but I would rather not be eliminated just yet. I still have entries to write about obscure moments in history, alarming unheard-of insects, and shocking moments in insect history!
If I stay in I pledge to probably also write something steam punk, something sci fi esque, something about zombies, and have half a mind to revisit the inquisition once or twice (on the guy who wrote the book on witches, and on the guy who closed the book on them).
And so, if you were to ticky the appropriate boxes in the poll I'm reproducing below through dark unholy magick, I would very greatly appreciate it (:

And here is a honeybee transporting water. Note that honeybees are cute and furry. Note also that honeybees wish you to vote for me in the above poll. If you met a honeybee right now they would communicate this to you through a waggle dance.

Good luck!
(btw, I voted for you.)
