My Cell Phone!!

I apparently left my phone in my car all afternoon.
Normally I get freaked out if I walk two steps without it, and then realize I am ON the phone.
I'm seriously freaked out... at how I could forget something that is so so very very important to me ... and the prospect of having been disconnected from everything for so long. Five missed calls.
Similarly I've been forgetting my parking break lately.. I catch myself just as I'm getting out of the car and put it on, but it ALWAYS used to be part of the same motion I turn off the engine with.. so I have no idea how that part of the motion somehow got completely erased from my memory. Pisses me off.
