New Amsterdams tonight!!!

   I was originally scheduled to work 12-8 today, but since I am totally going to the New Amsterdams show tonight at Chain I got deepguard Kyle to cover my shift 4-8. Then I realized that since this is the seventh day of a week I haven't had a day off, I'll be getting overtime the whole time, so I took the first two hours (10-12) of deepguard David Gomes' shift.
   Speaking of weird shifts, I ran into (former!) deepguard Steven at work today - he was working. Me: "I thought you quit!?" "Yea me too" "Uh, why are you here?" "well I decided to use my uniform and ID to get in for free to play in the park, and then I ran right into [Director of Operations] Kevin; and he was like 'either buy a ticket or get out' and I was like 'uh what if I work for free at 3:00?' and he was like 'uh okay'" so former employee Steven ended up working today.
   And I saw the strangest thing at work today: a guy with a VW tattoo (yea the V inside a W)! Big too (like four inches across)!! Now THAT is xvolkswagonxcorex.
   A kid slipped and knocked himself out today. So this being irvine, a fire truck, ambulance, and three police cars rushed to the scene. And of course they immediately closed the breakroom.


   Becka totally sent me this link to a website where this guy writes reviews of 40s. Its pretty cool. Of course I especially appreciate and recommend the review of steel reserve (complete with pictures and a video clip of him drankin it!!). This is some of the most worthwhile journalism I've ever seen!


   I now have TWO friends whose AIM SNs are "smalls####" (where the hash marks are actual numbers). How silly.
