CHOSEN ECHIDNA

   By the thirteenth of this month it will have been one year since the Chosen Echidna last went out (Issue 11). I certainly do not intend to allow MORE than a year to transpire between issues, so I will not allow the unfortunate death of my computer to stop me from making this publication, nor my rampaging slothfulness, nor a general dirth of articles. I will write it even if I have to write it all myself (As I did the second issue).
   But of course, it would be very prefereable to me if I DID have other people's articles... so if you have any humorous ideas for articles or silly little things you've already written or perhaps somehting silly your friend wrote that you want to embarress them with by getting published... I would greatly appreciate it.

   And should you be so silly to not know what the Chosen Echidna is all about; let me help you with that unfortunate condition forthwith: the only goal of ChEchn (Any resemblance of the acronym to the Chechen Republic of Russia which Kris is mildly obsessed with is purely coincidental) is to be humorous. Well, we try to act more professional than the UCD "humorous" publication, The Sneeze, but that is pretty damn easy.
   Anyway, I'll desist from rambling further on the subject. You can check out previous issues here, and if you have any doubt either send me your article (and if it sucks the worst that could happen is I won't publish it... or maybe I'll publish it with derisive annotations, ooh that would be fun. Maybe I'll find a Sneeze article to do that to if no one submits anything shameworthy); or subscribe, read the newsletter, and if you decide its not for you, you may ask me to unsubscribe you, which shall take 3 to 5 business weeks and cost a small fee. (=


   But for god's sake act now because I intend to send it out on the sooner end of the next 24 hours!!
