Since I am pretty much the "star witness" in this case, :) , I would like to ask why this is called the Manilla Solution? I believe I am missing some sort of historical reference O.o
When I told Vice Chief Coady about it, I used the example that we might have the opinion in a manila envelope at the senate meeting, ready to be unveiled at the right time, to which he responded "I like this manila envelope plan" (more or less).
muahaha. Mainly I was hoping to entice the aggie to hold off to include this information in any article they might be preparing to shoot off about the hearing tomorrow.. so they'd have this to go on rather than just "Court bungles everything, no one knows whats going on"
Btw, when do we receive our Judicial training workshop that is mandated in the codes to occur during the first two weeks after new appointments to the court? ;)
