I thought I'd do something the lovely boxsofrain did a bit ago, and declare a Friendzy (Friending frenzy!). Actually I'm not sure she intended for it to work out quite like this but it did: (1) answer the following questions in a comment; (2) As Boxes says, "Also to make this more fun, feel free to read other peoples comments and reply to them with something nice about them. ... Make friends, add each other, mingle, just please be nice." (3) extra points if you mention the Friendzy in your own LJ and send people over to the party! (=

Conflict Department

Yeah I worked in a big law firm a bit ago that had an entire "Conflicts Department". I thought it was a pretty hilarious department name. Sounds more like its your job to stir shit up or something.

There are 6 of us in the department for the whole firm which comprises 12 offices across the US and then we have a few overseas.

Some of the attorneys I work with probably see it as that.

This firm was humungous. They had most of an office building in that location and probably other buildings beside. Every morning we'd all receive a conflict report with like a dozen new clients we had to confirm we didn't have conflicts with.

Nice and short rather then the one I have currently and makes me sound a bit powerful and all
